These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mountain View Group, LLC website at mountainviewgroupllc.com (the "Site"). Please read them carefully. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. About Mountain View Group

The Site is operated by Mountain View Group, LLC ("Mountain View Group," "we," "our," or "us"), a Virginia limited liability company providing outsourced accounting and finance support services. References to "you" and "your" mean the individual or entity accessing the Site.

2. Use of the Site

You may access and use the Site only for lawful, non-commercial informational purposes and to inquire about the services we offer. You agree that you will not:

Use the Site in any manner that violates applicable law or regulation;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or any related accounts or networks;
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site, or attempt to bypass any security or authentication measure;
Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing malware, viruses, or harmful code;

You may view and print a reasonable number of copies of the Site for your personal, non-commercial reference. Any other use, including reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any portion of the Site, requires our prior written permission.

4. Submissions and feedback

If you submit information, suggestions, comments, or other materials to us through the Site (including through our consultation form or by email), you represent that the submission is accurate, that you have the right to share it, and that the submission does not violate the rights of any third party. You grant Mountain View Group a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use the submission in connection with operating our business and improving our services. We are not obligated to keep submissions confidential except as described in our Privacy Policy or as otherwise required by law.

5. Third-party services and links

The Site uses third-party services to operate, including form-handling provided by Formspree, Inc. and hosting provided by Google Firebase Hosting. The Site also contains links to third-party websites, including LinkedIn. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service or website. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. 7. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL MOUNTAIN VIEW GROUP, LLC OR ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, OR CONTRACTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO PORTIONS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mountain View Group, LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your submissions to the Site, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or serving Virginia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Site at any time, for any reason, and without notice. The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be posted prominently on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Severability and waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
